The company continues to build on its more than 60 years of experience, developing technologically advanced textiles for various applications, such as sun shading and textile architecture.
AIRTEX® mainly offers PVC-free sun shading materials with outstanding features as offering good UV resistance, high tensile strength, resistance to water pressure, low maintenance, and fungicidal properties compared to dyed polyester or cotton materials.
VALMEX® is the main line of PVC-coated sun protection materials, including the lightweight and flexible VALMEX® TF Attractive FR. The material weighs 410 g/m2 and is approximately 0.5 mm thick. It can be integrated into systems with different dimensions and is available in a range of different colors. The newly developed VALMEX® Attractive FR Mesh combines sun shading and insect protection in one product.
Mehler Texnologies® is leading the way in façade construction with its VALMEX® TF 400 ECO F. This material enables especially resource-efficient and creative textile cladding for a wide range of architectural applications. It contains 50% recycled raw materials and combines these with a hard-wearing, weldable coating and color-fast pigments for long-lasting protection against wind, weather, sun, and heat.
